No need to be late for medical advice because of a foggy night, urgent need or distances along the way. There is no need to risk the mistake or misdiagnosis by the physician at hand. There is no need to come to the hospital for any medical treatment possible. There is no need to go to the upazila or district hospital for medical treatment that is possible in the village clinic. Again, the disease is complex and needs medical attention, so it is not possible to waste time traveling around here, but it is possible to get advice from a large hospital by making only one phone call. Busy people can also consult a doctor at the beginning of the disease. This reduces the likelihood of complications.
