Our population is increasing every year. The growth rate is 5 percent. But as much as wealth is needed for this new generation, it is not. As a result, there are various changes in the distribution of resources, employment and higher education. The government is trying to do like their power. The number of IITs and IIMs is increasing in the country. It is seen that the number of A-grade private colleges is increasing every 2 to 2 years. But this number is not enough.
Cost has become important in the case of higher education abroad. Because of this, the government of several countries has made some rules which will reduce the cost of foreign education. There are many countries where the cost of education is so low that it seems that free education is underway.
The biggest example is Germany. Here the cost of studying in a public university is zero. The minimum administrative fee here is 12 thousand to 3 thousand taka. If an Indian student attends Delhi University, he has to pay for this. But there are many other countries, not just Germany, where the cost of reading is very low. Let us know where else in the world the cost of studying is almost zero.
The first place is Norway. The universities here believe in high quality education. They have made use of their country's inadequate resources to educate students, both at home and abroad, to create an environment that is like shelving. The only requirement is that students learn the language of Norway. Because all undergraduate courses are taught in that country. The cost of living in that country is sky-high.
The second country is Poland. The universities here offer many scholarships to students in Poland for higher education and either the European Union or the European Economic Area.
The third country is the Netherlands. Higher education in this country is not completely free. But subsidies are often given so that international students can get different types of scholarships.
The fourth country is Finland. Prior to 20, there is no tuition fee at state-run universities. But now, if you want to study English at the Graduate and Post Graduate level, you have to pay $ 1 per year. But those who want to study at the doctoral level can study for free tuition fees. Apart from this, the government provides various scholarships and financial support to international students.
