7) If you have a habit of sleeping with a yes, try to remove it, because sleeping with the mouth increases the disease of the mouth and teeth.
8) Never eat biscuits, cakes, chocolate-lozenges before going to bed as they are easily stuck in the stands. And even after playing it will clean the teeth or damage the teeth too much.
9) Fried and hard foods like carrots, guava, pomegranate, sugarcane, pineapple, pear, apple, coconut etc. help to keep teeth and gums healthy. And they play a vital role in the normal formation of the jaw.
10) Vitamin C diet is very useful for teeth and gums. Lemons, tamarinds, oranges, tomatoes and various types of vegetables contain plenty of vitamin C and other vitamins. So keep these foods in the diet to protect the teeth and gums.
